Ondoy the Tsunami from the Sky: How you can help

We take a break from our usual posts because of an unusual time.
Tropical Storm Ondoy (international name Ketsana) has submerged most of northern Philippines with torrential rains creating a disaster equal to that of Katrina in New Orleans and the flash floods in Istanbul Turkey. Several people have already lost their lives and hundreds and thousands are left without food and shelter.
Will be reposting links gathered from several websites on how one can help out.
